Megan & Harry not going to spend Christmas with the QUEEN !!

Does it? It doesn't just mean that they want to spend Christmas with Megan's mum Doria? Or doesn't she count because she's not the Queen?

Would you choose to spend Christmas with your 93 year old gran rather than your mum? It doesn't matter what they do - if they didn't spend it with her mum all the headlines would be that they're 'snubbing' Doria.

Don’t blame them, Christmas at Sandringham is planned to the minute with umpteen outfit changes and no chance to see your kids because they are stashed away in the nursery. I’m sure they have plans to stop in at some point over the season, in the meantime I hope they enjoy their first Christmas with their new baby.
In the meantime, I wish people would leave them the fuck alone.

I adore my MIL and have a wonderful relationship with her, the fact I spent Christmas with my parents when DS was born doesn't mean I don't get on with her.

FFS as the Queen's former spokesman said its no big deal!! The DM chose to put a ridiculous spin on it but even they quoted Dickie Arbiter in their articles
Mr Arbiter pointed toWilliam and Catherine spending Christmas with her mother and father in 2012 and again in 2016, adding, 'so this is no big deal.'
