Yes the rattle Mods aren’t keen either so I think they were happy to let users know who she really was. They’d didn’t tell people her actual IP just where “Alice” has been posting from.

I think SH kicked herself in the foot with her video rant about trolls because the people that did go looking for themselves realised that she had massively exaggerated some of the stuff she claimed in the video. A lot of them ended up staying on the tattle threads which are now pretty entertaining to read. Sali is another person whose day job - being a journalist (and one that specialises in being honest to boot) - seems somewhat incompatible with being an influencer.

I agree. Funny how FoD leaves his job well out of Instagram. Another way he shafted his wife because there’s no professional body covering your ability to parent properly so no one to take him to task over the shocking lack of privacy of his children. Mod was left with the midwifery as her USP, which has turned into the thing being used to beat her up most because midwives have well defined roles and standards to uphold.

I have to say, I think if I were a black woman being cared for by MOD now I'd feel markedly less comfortable. That has to matter.

There’s starting to be a little bit of backlash on some comments sections now about the “bullying” towards MOD. A lot of the instamums are just deleting the comments as usual but Hungermama seems like she is trying to engage.

Perspective is what is needed with these instagram advertisers. They are just advertising mouthpieces and a lot of the time they aren't being transparent with their #ads.

Dare I say it.. the racial aspect is a nasty twist. Yes she said some god awful things and about numerous people but one particular comment has been really blown up. I don't like it but now the troll is being bullied (sort of).. people banned from Instagram and then coming back rants and stories and then those trying desperately to protect themselves saying not much at all. I've lost all faith in anyone being who they say they are on social media or f2f!

This thread has been interesting to read. I follow kele on Twitter. The thing I have not seen mentioned here is that the racist intagramar attacked her while she was pregnant when she announced it on insta. The pregnancy she later miscarried. The created character apparently attacked. It's interesting to read on mn without the mention of this on mn.

Do you mean MoD attacked Kele on Tattle? Because there’s no sign of it in her posts.

Her only racist post is the one calling Candice Braithwaite aggressive and accusing her of playing the race card. And she doesn’t mention Kele at all.

Creativecringe - I've been having a quick scan through AliceinWanderlust's tattle posts and I still havent actually seen any sign of her being abusive towards or even mentioning Kele....could you point me in the right direction please? I personally find Kele's portrayal of the whole saga on twitter to be massively one sided and misleading (eg leaving out the fact that she said on her story that she would knock Clemmie's teeth out!) So unless I actually see proof Kele was attacked by Clemmie....I'm sceptical.

That said...Clemmie is clearly a bitch judging from her Tattle posts! Total Regina George type. Snipes about the "tier 3" instamums wanting to be in with the more prestigious ones with bigger followings and how pathetic and embarrassing they are. She even seems to think its completely normal for friends to bitch about each other behind their backs. Not cool at all, clearly not a very nice person. You know that pretty, popular girl at school who thought they were better than everyone and that anyone who didnt like them was just jealous? I'm pretty sure Clemmie Hooper was that person...

I do think it’s a post that uses the language of racists and she should not have said it. There are other ways to say what she wanted to say. But that is the only thing she said.

If there is no mention of this on MN is because it didn't happen. MoD never attacked Kele on anything, Tattle or Instagram.

What is also not mentioned on Twitter is that Kele spoke about white people not washing and smelling and how white people don't season their food. All in the stories about MoD. In fact the version of events as presented on Twitter (or Grazia) is full of inaccuracies and omissions.

She also said ‘I really like CB and I really want to continue to support and follow her but her behaviour is really shady, eg her stories tonight did anyone see them about calling out muminthemadhouse? Really really aggressive and felt like a slight overreacting to something which appeared to be a misunderstanding. Felt a bit mean girls to me.’

What happened with muminthemadhouse? Is she in with all that lot?

To be fair to Kele, a lot of white people need to be more familiar with the concept of seasoning their food properly.

@BanKittenHeels was she ever in? I think she caught some ire from CB (which then led to MoD commenting) but she's been quiet on the saga so far. Unless I missed something.

Omg what a mess. The mean girl behaviour is awful. But worse for me is the advertising of pensive products of dubious benefit by a registered midwife.
