I'm in Berks and so uncomfortable. Feel like I'm in a lukewarm sauna. Bleurgh!

Yes! It's horrible muggy and sticky so gross. Be hot or be cold but not this

Nesssie · 24/06/2019 15:09

Yep! So muggy! And lots of thunderbugs about so hopefully a big storm coming soon to clear it away!

Picklypickles · 24/06/2019 15:09

Yes, I'm in Devon and its stifling, my head is really heavy. It was foggy this morning and I thought it would rain but no such luck!

historysock · 24/06/2019 15:09

Yes, grim in herts, very grey but air like a warm bath. Hoping for a big storm.

WhiteLightTrainWreck · 24/06/2019 15:10

I'm in Cambridgeshire and it's awful here too, we're predicted thunderstorms tonight, but we've been promised them over the past few weeks but nada...
I have the patio doors and all of the upstairs windows open and it's not helping as there is literally no breeze today.

TracyBeakerSoYeah · 24/06/2019 15:10

Yes even the cat is complaining.

MsAdorabelleDearheartVonLipwig · 24/06/2019 15:10

Yep, Suffolk is warm.

BarryBarryTaylor · 24/06/2019 15:10

Yes I’m in NE London, 34weeks pregnant, and sweating like a pig at a disco. It isn’t pretty

ExpletiveDelighted · 24/06/2019 15:11

Yes, Surrey. Horrible weather.

PristineCondition · 24/06/2019 15:11

Yep its unbearable here in reading

Weathergirl1 · 24/06/2019 15:11

Yes, awful in the East. Feel properly ill with it. I've had a dull headache all morning. Finally left the house and am now sat in an air-conditioned coffee shop feeling a lot better for both the clearer air and the caffeine!

nippsout · 24/06/2019 15:15

BarryBarryTaylor - you have my sympathies

I'm currently pregnant with twins and the humidity is making me extremely claustrophobic. Just stuck cold flannels under my boobs which have somewhat helped.

Nippsout- I will try that tonight once work is done! I really wanted to just wear my undies today but that’s really not socially acceptable haha

nippsout · 24/06/2019 15:16

Would kill for a breeze!

Yes, in the North West, it's so muggy and opressive. I have office fan on and all windows open! It looks like it is going to get warmer here, then heavy rain overnight.

Only positive is the Swifts which nest in our building are really active after the little insects swooping & diving - beautiful creatures!

uncomfortablydumb53 · 24/06/2019 15:20

Yes it is I'm in Bath with my 2 adult DS'.. I need to sit down every 10 minutes!

CrowleysBentley · 24/06/2019 15:29

It's horribly sticky here in Herts. It's my day off and I am painting my windowless bathroom. I really wish I'd picked another day to do this! I might leave the rest for a while and hope that it cools down a bit later.

Soola · 24/06/2019 15:31

Lovely and cool in my house as all windows shut, curtains drawn and fans on!

Got to go out shortly and expect my car when I first get in it will be hot!

wellbuggerme · 24/06/2019 15:33

same here in norfolk.

Squ1ggle · 24/06/2019 15:48

Yep super sticky and humid here in Manchester. 39 weeks pregnant and grumpy!

TokyoSushi · 24/06/2019 15:56

Dark grey cloud, absolutely boiling and not even a tiny breeze in Cheshire 🥵

Grimbles · 24/06/2019 16:00

Same in Essex. We had a bit of rain earlier which just made it worse Angry

BitchQueen90 · 24/06/2019 16:02

Yes, here in the Midlands. My hair is inexplicable (Monica).

Hilisle · 24/06/2019 16:05

Not for me! I had the heating on this morning, weather app says it 12c but feels a lot colder, I'm not on the mainland though, so up north.

Bluerussian · 24/06/2019 16:07

Not unbearably but there is very little breeze, temp 23/24. A lovely day overall, bit of rain earlier but only a splatter. Storms have been predicted for later in the week, so I saw on last night's news-weather, however on checking my area on the BBC website, looks like sunshine with a few showers. Like today I suppose. We shall see.
