Ocado vegan nuggets, oven chips, roast courgette and asparagus and salad for them who don't touch roast veg (DC's). Having the most horrific time art work and trying to sort out bedbug infestation so needed something easy ISH whist I continue washing, drying and during every item of clothing we own whilst DH builds our new bed

Bernard Mathews mini Kiev’s and super noodles. That’s not good Is it ??

MistyMinge · 29/04/2019 19:10

Wow some of these sound amazing. I've totally lost my cooking mojo and need the inspiration.

DH and I had frittata (peppers, red onion, courgette, mushrooms and sweetcorn) with spicy sweet potato wedges

DC had pizza.

bibbitybobbityyhat · 29/04/2019 19:12

Bacon, scrambled egg, beans and toast (sourdough!).

Orangesox · 29/04/2019 19:14

Fishfingers, actifry chips and canned spaghetti Blush that’s horrendous isn’t it? In my defence I’m recovering from back surgery and DH still isn’t home from work so this is all I could muster up the energy to cook!

BooseysMom · 29/04/2019 19:14

@Bobbindobbin..lol.. nowt wrong with a BM special every now and then! We used to have his turkey breast joint every xmas until my DB took over the cooking Grin

Ohhellothereladyface · 29/04/2019 19:15

We just had chilli which I now feel is really boring!

troppibambini · 29/04/2019 19:16

Lamb red lentils and chickpea curry from left over lamb. It was delicious

Grumpbum123 · 29/04/2019 19:19

Gammon steaks with pineapple, chips and peas

outofnothing · 29/04/2019 19:23

Beef casserole that's been in the slow cooker all day. Probably with tender stem broccoli.
A glass of red wine.

freshasthebrightbluesky · 29/04/2019 19:26

Pasta bolognese. I chucked it in the slow cooker last night and the house had smelled delicious all day!

sideorderofchips · 29/04/2019 19:27

HOme made ww chicken korma and rice

UsernameTaken76 · 29/04/2019 19:28

Made sweet potato, spinach and lentil Dahl yesterday. Having that with a breaded chicken steak as we fancied something to go with it and that’s quick and easy

lucysmam · 29/04/2019 19:28

We had sweet chilli beef with rice, noodles and veg. Unfortunately didn't use the pre-packed stir fry I bought, before it went funny. So the veg was peas, sweetcorn and green beans. Was still very tasty though!

Dd2 had chicken instead of beef.

madamy · 29/04/2019 19:32

Lowering the tone with toasted sandwiches here! Long day at work, DH working till 9 and teens/pre-teen didn't fancy anything more substantial!

TwinsTrollsandHunz · 29/04/2019 19:40

Pasta here too. Rigatoni in a tomato sauce with sausage ‘meatballs’ made of Linda McCartney chorizo sausages.

IvanaPee · 29/04/2019 19:43

I have stew and dumplings in slow cooker

Do you do the dumplings in the slow cooker?? Please share your wisdom!

bellyislikejelly · 29/04/2019 19:48

Tastes great & cooks in no time exactly whats needed on a Monday

Bipbopbee · 29/04/2019 19:53

Fish tikka masala curry and coconut rice.

feellikeanalien · 29/04/2019 20:03

We've just had broccoli wrapped in ham with a cheese sauce, finished off under the grill.

cushioncovers · 29/04/2019 20:05

Pasta with a tomato and olive sauce.

n0ne · 29/04/2019 20:35

DH made a kind of salad of steak, peas, boiled potatoes, and apple, all chopped small and mixed with mayo (sounds weird but it's fairly normal Dutch fare) with garlic bread and cucumber on the side. Nice and summery.
