Spaghetti with a tomatoe based sauce to which I add onion, garlic, zucchini, tuna, and capers.

boxlikeamarchhare · 29/04/2019 17:24

Ours had to be quick as I am going back to work. Chicken Breast bashed with the rolling until thin pin pan fried with a slice of dolcelatte and prosciutto, asparagus in the same pan. Basmati rice. 15 min dinner, reluctant meat eater DD scoffed it all.

Justgivemesomepeace · 29/04/2019 17:27

Ive put some jacket spuds in. Dont know what we're having with them but it will have to be something quick and easy. I cant get in the kitchen until 6 as dd is having a lesson in there with her tutor.

Roast lamb. Left overs from the huge leg of lamb yesterday and I purposely cook double of everything on a Sunday so I can just reheat it for a quick meal as I finish work later on a Monday.

I have no idea. Dh is going to get something on his way home from work tonight (won't be for hours yet).

Ham hock with roasted veg. And lashings of sweet chili sauce on top most likely!

LetMeFall · 29/04/2019 18:25

Steak with garlic butter, mushrooms, onions, more garlic with a side of apparently healthy chips.

Steak was supposed to be tomorrow in a stew but DP didn't fancy the gammon tonight (slightly disappointing as I've been looking forward to gammon since I bought it on Friday!) but since we are kid free tonight figured we might as well eat something we know he wouldn't the fussy bugger! Bonus is that since DP choose, DP cooks, happy Mondays 😁

Spinach and ricotta tortellini with parmesan cheese on top

JapaneseNotWeed · 29/04/2019 18:35

Partridges, flash-fried in butter, then baked for a short while so still tender and moist, on braised little gem, salad onions, with croutons and sage leaves. Glass of a nutty unoaked Chardonnay will set it off perfectly. For pudding some apricots and orange segments, with a dollop of creme fraiche. Monday is my day off, my "hobby day" and I like to cook a nice meal at the end of it.

BooseysMom · 29/04/2019 19:00
