I put it on because I thought it woukd be entertaining but actually, its pretty boring and flat. (Not talking about the causes sections)

Thanks

It was terrible. It just wasn't funny

youngestisapsycho · 15/03/2019 21:37

It’s on again soon... the wedding reception

CoolCarrie · 15/03/2019 21:38

The Love Actually last year was shit, and I bet this one was rubbish too.
It really needs to take a few years off, especially after the white saviour comment a couple of weeks ago.

youngestisapsycho · 15/03/2019 21:39

They make over £30million each year.... they’re not gonna have a couple of years off are they?!

Heratnumber7 · 15/03/2019 21:41

I would gladly donate NOT to have to watch it.

youngestisapsycho · 15/03/2019 21:43

But you don’t have to watch it?

SleepingSloth · 15/03/2019 21:44

I would gladly donate NOT to have to watch it.

Donate and turn over then! 😂

Comic relief Accounts Page 40
apps.charitycommission.gov.uk/Accounts/Ends68/0000326568_AC_20170731_E_C.pdf
30 staff earning more than £60,000 a year
one earning over £130,000 a year
295 staff at any time

it has become a vampire on its own causes

Hepzibar · 15/03/2019 21:49

Ok, I take it back, loved part 2. I just love Hugh Grant

JuniorAsparagus · 15/03/2019 21:50

Are the Slebs being paid, because if so that must take a massive chunk of the money.

Hepzibar · 15/03/2019 21:50

Where is Charles and Carrie's son?

DobbyTheHouseElk · 15/03/2019 21:51

The son became a daughter

MenstruatorExtraordinaire · 15/03/2019 21:52

Not donating this year. Found out they fund Allsorts and Mermaids

Not watching the BBC on principle and cancelling my TV License because of their bias

Spotsbeforemyeyes · 15/03/2019 21:52

What? They had a son?

WeMarchOn · 15/03/2019 21:53

Watched a bit but it was all a bit cringe, for a good cause though

DobbyTheHouseElk · 15/03/2019 21:54

At the end of the film they showed a photo of them with a baby in blue.

ApolloandDaphne · 15/03/2019 21:54

Actually I feel this year they are being very circumspect. They are comedians but they don't have to be funny all the time. I am rather enjoying it.

AnyFucker · 15/03/2019 21:55

The late, great George Michael had it right

TwitterQueen1 · 15/03/2019 21:55

The Bodyguard was brilliant! By far the funniest sketch of them all. And it helps if you watched Line of Duty Series 2!

TalkinPaece · 15/03/2019 21:55

junior

Nope, Slebs do shit like that to keep themselves in the news

DH gets it all the time
come on such and such for the exposure
and I explain that British Gas do not take payment in exposure

Rich slebs can afford to as they earn at other times

Hepzibar · 15/03/2019 21:55

I thought that the photo montage at the end of 4WAAF showed them with a son?

ApolloandDaphne · 15/03/2019 21:56

And the Bodyguard/line of duty sketch was ace.

SleepingSloth · 15/03/2019 21:57

Are you trying to put people off donating?

Charities have to pay staff. Unfortunately people can't all afford to work for free. Charities deal with huge amounts of money, you can't just put some random with no experience in charge. You need competent people and good management.
