The other one expired and it doesn't look like anyone else has created one! So I get another barn and leslie didn't steal my victory like last time!!!

I guess technically, technically MN won the last one. However, this is MY barn.

Rules:

Feed the ninja owl(s) in the rafters, cake only. Especially me. I get hungry and cannot eat anything other than cake and no yukky healthy stuff in cake.

No discussion at all about yukky healthy food.

Um..

Did I mention I like cake???

We talk about anything and everything, except obviously healthy food.

It's not advisable to try and win the thread and mention another is about to expire because some people use it to cheat.....

Good thanks mog. I'm not tempted by your weird sounding bread Grin but I hope you enjoyed it! I never used to like Wensleydale but it has slowly grown on me. My current favourite cheese is white Stilton though.

Still feeling unwell. Needed to get food and have definitely overdone it. Not good at all Sad need an early night but overslept this afternoon and can't have meds for almost an hour, got GP first thing and can't go to bed immediately after having meds either.

Need to get some sleep but am frightened as throat feels swollen. Doesn't look worse though, and being bloody silly as I googled. Fucking idiot.

It will be ok. Try to sleep if you can. In my experience throats are like teeth. Anything slightly wrong feels magnetized. Remember how huge a hole in your tooth always feels with your tongue then it's tiny. Throats are like that in reverse. Feels like the air hole is minute but in fact it's BIG.

About to go to appointment. I've very severe dental phobia (and extremely poor teeth) and can't cope with anyone near my mouth, hence the terror of needing an abscess syringed.

Please help me Ninjas, I cant think of how to describe a trait in one of my friends- she's super intelligent, incredibly articulate and does have common sense but for example:

Me: I don't know what to wear
Friend: What about the dress you had on last night?
Me: I'm not wearing white to a wedding!
Friend: oh God no

She does that sort of thing all the time and it must have a name. She keeps saying 'idiot' Grin but it's not that, she's a Doctor!

NK I don't know the right word but there's a story about a group taking a sailing boat and getting messed up. Put her aground or tied themselves up with the rigging or something. The group was MENSA.

I was just listening to Radio 2 and found myself agreeing with Liz Jones (Daily Fail Liz Jones)- what a depressing thought. She was talking about ageing and impossible beauty standards.
