Loving all this crafty talk. I'm the queen of unfinished craft projects (mostly knitting) but, inspired by OMDB have signed up for a refresher sewing course at a local craft shop to try and get my sewing skills improved. So I'll keep an eye on craft blog hops and see if I can take part!

Star I love mila's daydreams! Is that your blog? I'm so impressed, I shall have to check out the other blogs when I have time.

Fivehourssleep, tried to comment on your blog but it was playing up. Anyway, I wanted to recommend the book The Happiness Project, I just finished reading it today and it is fab, and so inspiring. Might be the pick-me-up you need.

Hi everyone. I have ranted about David Cameron and yet another way he is trying to make things harder for the little people: pint-sized-rants.blogspot.com/2012/01/david-cameron-reaches-out-to-daily-mail.html

DillyTante · 05/01/2012 20:24

I've posted a short fawn over review of the book that I mentioned earlier.

DillyTante · 05/01/2012 20:27

Obviously if I linked to it it would be helpful Grin

Glad you wrote about Diane Abbott, Wannabe. Off to read.

Protect your child - Dangers and Joy of the Internet is the topic today, in a follow up post to my last one.

FiveHoursSleep · 06/01/2012 09:35

I'm trying to forget I read this

MmeGuillotine · 06/01/2012 10:03

Hallo!

I've been posting loads lately but as I've had a return to the straight historical posts that I started off with, I didn't know if anyone would be interested in reading them. Nonetheless, here's my latest few as I'm quite pleased with them.

The new upcoming exhibition at Hampton Court Palace.

The beautiful world of Madame de Pompadour.

Marie Antoinette's lioness - one of her favourite attendants who saved her life in October 1789.

I'm hurtling towards my millionth page view now and am a. panicking about the Victorian Prostitute themed striptease I promised Mme L and everyone else and b. trying to think of a suitably impressive giveaway to host. I don't usually do giveaways though so am a bit clueless about how to get really good loot. ;)

DedalusDigglesPocketWatch · 06/01/2012 10:13

Morning, off to have a little read of these in a minute...

Today, A Short Horse Update

yes, my titles are intriguing aren't they? Grin
