Anyone?

I will start off with a link to my latest post, a part of the story of Beth (formerly known as Dora) who moved to Geneva to escape a relationship turned sour.

This is NOT me, by the way. I have drawn on my knowledge of Geneva but it is not an autobiograpy :)

Doodlehead my blog is not mothering or parenting related and I got approved my MNHQ almost instantly, so even though most of these blogs seem to be about being a mother yours doesn't have to be! What are you blogging about/ what do you want to blog about?

I just tried leaving a comment on lulu's blog and on EastEndmummy's blog but I can't! Is it me, or is it the blogs?

Oh, I've just found my MNHQ email in my spam filter. So I have been approved after all.

Mine is faaaar too dull....it's just my latest painting...

....but then i never know what to write that doesn't sound wanky. Yours are all so well written and suck people in - mine is just a load of pictures at the mo.

do i write about me or the pictures? Hmmmm

and it is a blatant plug for work to people - but i wanted it to be more than that....

I too am confused by the whole blogging network thing and have heard nothing back from mumsnet since I registered a month or so ago.
I enjoyed reading about the window cleaner on the blog on the first page!

Blogger is a bit of a nightmare - I have had problems leaving comments on blogger blogs in the past. I read up on it and it seems to be really common.

- i didn't mean it was a plug for work on MN ... just that i'm not sure what direction to go in with it....or even if i need a blog at all. But i do enjoy the freedom it gives you to write and put any image up and play about in a more free way than on a website...

Oh, are they linking to blogs in the front page of MN? who do I have to bribe to get that then?

Whomever asked the Terms of Use specifically excludes blogs in the network from being copyrighted by MN. Your blog. Your copyright.

DirtyMartini-Urban75 is a website and messageboard for all things alternative but centred in Brixton-must be a coincidence then as I know a few posters there post here.
