So your DH has a hugely successful company but very little qualifications, so he started in a trade and built it up?

One of my DS's friends had to drop out of his A Levels in his first term due to ADHD and dyslexia. He came over to ours the day he left and my DH, who has a joinery company, really reassured him and told him that he'd probably earn more in a trade anyway.

That was three years ago and he's now earning ££££ in a trade - way more than most of his peers. He's an ambitious grafter who starts work at 7am too.

Our income as stated is from what we earn, not from investments.

My husband is not a chippie and we have not flipped houses.

Not close at all.

I'm pretty sure for £720,000 a year someone would have him. And the poster is not wrong that it's your husband that earns the bulk of the income.

My husband has no formal qualifications only the O'Level in Woodwork.

He started working and after a few years started up on his own, starting on his business while working a few days for others.

We have built the business and worked hard and made a go of it, taking huge risks on the way.

I am sure that he will not have an affair, we are very happy, but if he did, I would get half of everything and as a Director I know that what ever he would earn in the future I would get half.

They probably own the squalor homes and rent them out
