We pay most of them on a self employed basis. Most traders want t be paid like this.

Why are you the director rather than paying a salary to someone else? Are you qualified and experienced?

Do the employees get a fair wage and working conditions?

Not calling you a slum landlord, but have you ‘no reason given’ evicted people and are the properties in a livable condition with fair rent?
