Thanks for starting the new thread @speakout.

Sorry to hear too of your recent issues with the breast clinic but so pleased to hear that it all came back clear.

Thank you to all who expressed support for my unwell relative. Thank you especially to the PP who suggested a nice green candle as by chance I had found just that type the day before. They are a little better today and so hopefully other family members will get there in time.

I do have more that I wanted to discuss today but I need to eat first. My self care coming to the fore!

Hi all I would love to add my mum to witch forum. She's not on mumsnet. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks x

(Crosses the rosemary scented threshold and hangs up her cloak. Pops on a witch’s brew (Yorkshire or Twinings will do. Wink ))

Thank you for the new thread speakout.

I would love to spend an hour or two at the beach with some of you people collecting hagstones and other treasure, Then as the sun goes down we could sit around a bonfire to keep warm, tell stories, laugh and sing.

Wow, I would definitely be there speakout, aaah, fire on the beach... good chats...

gee that's some good fortune and chance that you had picked up a green candle just before I mentioned it here! Hope that your relative feels the benefit of your thoughts soon.

I'm so exhausted at the moment. Maybe it's beginning to feel like Autumn a little early this year. Or do I just feel that way as it's not boiling anymore?!

Delurking, as I noticed Gee's post on the last thread about her sick relative.

I am not a witch (thought very respectful of, and interested in the craft) but I am a spiritual healer, and I would be happy to send absent healing to your relative Gee, if you would like. If so, just send me a PM with their first name.

In terms of how you can help sending healing energies, in Spiritualist circles we usually advise people to pray/ask for healing for the person, while visualising them as happy and well, surrounded by protective light (most people use white light, but others use gold or sometimes violet, you may get a feel for what feels right for that person, or you may see it change as you carry out the visualisation/ prayer/request).

The exception would be where they are known to be about to pass over, when you could instead visualise a peaceful passing, again with the protective light, and ask that they be met and helped to pass over.

Hope it was ok to say this on the thread, though it's not specifically a witchcraft practice. Hopefully it doesn't clash with the tenets of witchcraft, but please ignore if so.

@firesong yes it was another gift that found me! I was putting some things away in another room and looked into a bag. Nice wee green candle.

@ShovingLeopard that’s very kind of you to offer help. Before I came back to the thread I did sit for some time tonight thinking about them in much the way that you describe. I started out with white light and ended up with gold. It was a very calming feeling.

Thank you all for this thread. And yes to the bonfire and stories. 😊

@Jupiter9 Looks like your 'joke' is hysterically funny (😂😂😂😂) can you explain it to me please?

And just in case there is no joke and your comment is mocking/discriminatory, can I suggest that you do one with your small minded 'jokes' and leave us to our wonderful supportive and informative thread? TIA
