Daily practice in September

Always aiming for consistency in my practice,when I manage it I reap huge benefits and am a nicer personšŸ„°

Did day 29 this morning and day 30 this afternoon. Finished!! šŸŽ‰90 days of yoga (with a few days off and doubling up on some) in the bag!

Ready to start Home tomorrow.
