Day 15 move. A lot of trembling and knee shaking on the twist planks 😂

I think it's good to just turn up and do any kind of practice, just what suits us at the time.

Day 16 - Center - Kind. A short practice but intense. I feel like I had a real workout. I can feel my body getting stronger.

Day 11 centre done today. Haven't done any yoga in 3 days as my calf was sore and it's lovely to be back on the mat. Missed it.

Day 15 Center, I still can't keep my foot up in tree pose, I'd love to do this by the end of the year.

Day 15 of Move done today. Got bored during all the arm swinging at the start of the practice but ended up enjoying the session as a whole. I do feel a bit like I’ve “reset” after yet another horrible work day (going to be pretty tough until the end of March 😥)

I’m too ill to do anything. Coughing so much my ribs are painful,it feels like I’ve done a tough workout. Trying to decided if that’s a + or -. Keep going everyone x

@Yogachick there is so much going around - I hope you feel better soon. Adriene does have a yoga for when you are sick video, which I've done a few times and I like.

I did day 10 yesterday, I think. It was really good. I love humble warrior (I say that every time). It also had fish pose, which I've got the hang of a bit more than last time. I don't think I'm doing gate pose right though. I don't really feel anything in it. So I'll look that up.

Arm swinging on Day 15 Move made me dizzy 😱🤯

Woke uo today with awful cold, so maybe more the illness than the arm noves!

Looking for a review of Day 16 to see if I can drag myself through it, am keen not to miss a day.

Side plank 😱 but, managed to stack my feet. A lot of falling over in dancers pose 😂

Really didn't feel like it today.

Ah it was 15 I did yesterday. Move 16 today. I can’t reach my hand to my ankle behind me at all so just did tree pose.

Finally back at it. Did move day 12, I thought it was going to drag as I actually still wasn't really in the mood (women's time and a baby who won't sleep 😴) but I felt if I didn't do one today I might not again so I made it to the mat. Ended up not being too bad

I got back on the mat this morning after about 5 days out with a horrible virus. Sounds like I’m not the only one!

good news is I was keen to get back to it! Wishing everyone who’s poorly a speedy recovery x

@fandangles How did you find it after a few days off? I find it doesn't take long to stiffen up again! Of course it also doesn't take too long to regain the flexibility.

So much unwellness around - hope you're all better soon.

I managed day 12 of move yesterday and day 13 today. Flew in crow pose for a few breaths (yay!) but couldn't do the half moon (is that right?) even though I quite like (and can usually do) standing splits. Anyway, I'm sure I'm making progress, even a tiny bit, although it's hard finding time this week while on holiday.

Keep going everyone - anything is better than nothing.

@scottish I found it ok but then it wasn’t a particularly twisty practice! Definitely didn’t feel as strong in plank but, like you say, it shouldn’t take long to get that back!

Day 17 move, it's the snuggle one. I was 🙄 and going to return to do day16 but went with the flow and it was great.

I like the way that she sequences stuff, and even with really hard moves like crow 😂 she builds us up to it.

I tried to have another go at dancers pose yesterday whilst I was waiting for the kettle to boil and almost hurt myself.

I need to trust the process.

Just showing up is the hardest.

Wishing lots of metaphorical snuggles to everyone out there today, especially tired and unwell people 🥰
