Wasn't sure where to put this, so ive put it here for now, as its where I put the Arsenal Premier League win one.

I'm really looking forward to the World Cup, and want an England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 win (although I am of course behind Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿!)

I've got the BBC sport notifications turned on, and will likely watch with the BBC, rather than ITV.

I'll be watching my matches from home alongside my dd and cat, who are both uninterested!

Anyone fancy joining me? Will you stay up for the games of the country youre supporting?

Any predictions for tonight’s game ? Croatia won’t be easy.

Just about to go get chicken for prematch dinner, it’s not going to be Vindaloo but will be a fine bowl of curry, rice and parathas.

Been eying up some great recipes for match snack healthy foods but after chat with H kick off too late really to warrant much snack food.

Teens are getting no caffeine diet cokes
4 pack of weak lager for H (working tomorrow can’t go crazy)
I am thinking a pomegranate cosmopolitan or two - jug of Pimms seems overkill

And will get some cinema popcorn just in case

H says France has the best squad but we have the best striker on the planet it’s as good as having 3 players! Oh I hope he’s right!

Was really quite touching earlier seeing some Scottish bunting through my very quintessential English village. Love how everyone can show their support without pisstaking. I'm glad Scotland have qualified and I will be behind them.
