He belongs in prison for life. Not only for rape but the extreme CSA images, animal/human sex pictures and the photo he sent the rape victim makes him a danger now and evermore.

I hate reading references to 'child pronography'. The correct term is 'images of child sexual abuse'. I have flagged this with the BBC before, but can't comment on the Mail article.

Given that there has been a clear abuse of trust by a serving police officer who was also a family friend, my sentencing guideline would be: fuckloads of years.

In the UK you can get several years in prison for downloading child abuse images. He did that, raped a child and performed sex acts on a dog. The punishment is ludicrously light. Why?

So 20 years? I am interested in an exact figure simply because you have to consider how you would manage the prison estate and the inmates therein. So if you have a sentence of 20 years for this offence then you would fill the prisons very quickly.

Regardless of what Michael Howard proclaimed, prison doesn't work at all. We have the biggest PC population in Western Europe and there are no signs that this reduces crime.

Furthermore, the defendant must fully pay a fine from a previous – apparently related – ruling by the Rosenheim District Court. The fact that the 55-year-old reoffended so quickly after this July 2025 ruling was considered an aggravating factor by the prosecution.

So he seems to have had some sort of very recent related offence.

What a sorry state of the world we live in. So because prisons would be full to bursting with child abusers and rapists we have to let them out where they are free to re-offend abd hurt innocent children. If there’s that many walking among us then castrating them should be an option.

Imagine when she is an adult and able to fully reflect on her ordeal and she realises that the people who should have defended her tried to placate her instead, with €5000 and a motorbike. A motorbike which will remind her of her rape everytime she looks at it.

It has the suggestion of a reward, somehow. Never heard anything like it.

This thread is about a rape committed in Germany by a German man so he will go to a German prison. Our prisoner numbers are irrelevant.
