Whatever they picked him up on, and whatever he was arrested under suspicion of, the police immediately can start search his stuff. And then use that to apply for wider searches. It escalates.

And Aberdeen University will have co-operated.

I am very sure that Euan posted something about knowing what Bash Back had planned a while ago. Or that they knew something Bash Back were planning. Sorry it is so vague, my memory is not what it was.
Point is, I think Herbert and Euan are very much involved with Bash Back. And I think Bash Back may have been behind Ann's murder in some way. Even if only inciting someone else to act. As as the police are looking at them, finally, it looks as though they may be in trouble.

Transphobic individuals can incite violence on innocent people or preach hate and it’s not against the law but when someone else expresses their free speech it’s against the law.

I have lots of likes for my post agreeing with the FSU offering to help Herbert if he joins.

In case you are struggling with reading comprehension, the vast majority of comments here are supporting freedom of speech including the freedom to be offensive.

Herbert has pushed the boundaries of decency repeatedly across social media and might be about to find out that actions have consequences. Or the charges will come to nothing and he can crow about it.

He also has the option to join the FSU who have said they'll take the case if his charges relate to freedom of speech which is an amazing offer by them.
