Men who would like to be women have only been barging into the Ladies since they first gained access to oestrogen, boob jobs & genital surgery about 50-60 years ago. This invasion has increased markedly in the last 10-15 years as dangerous predatory men have discovered that they had carte blanche to access the Ladies once they claimed a female identity.

If someone harasses, assaults, or intimidates another person in a toilet, that behaviour is already illegal and should be dealt with regardless of that person's gender identity.

James Morton was quite open about the Scottish TRAs starting with trying to get trans-identifying males into women’s prisons because that was the thin end of the wedge. Fuck the women prisoners, their safety & wellbeing weren’t remotely important in this.

I dont think at any point I have said anything about not protecting women at all. The big issue is that I believe a trans woman has the right to female spaces because I recognise them as being female. I have not suggested single sex prisons or anything other than that. Trans people are 4 times more likely to be attacked than any cis woman. Thats a stat. Ignore it if you wish.

What if a trans man is in a woman's space. They take hormones in order to aid their transition they may have had surgery but this law will allow them in a female space

Either way, I don't think anyone would suggest a man wearing a t shirt with a sexist slogan should be accomodated by women having to behave around in him in line with his sexist beliefs as if they were actually true, and I don't think it's any different just because the sexism is expressed through surgery rather than slogans.

I think very few men who identify as women do anything to their genitals. Indeed, the fake boobies may heighten their delight in their male genitals. Some do, but it doesn’t make them women any more than men who have had surgery for penile cancer etc.

Males can have paraphilias (fetishes) in a way that women really don’t. They can have a number of them, and they can escalate as they need more and more to keep the thrill. They can escalate in a way that can be a danger for women and children.

Well, just like all other men really. Although, it appears from the prison statistics that proportionately a higher percentage of men who say they are women, are in prison due to convictions sex offences. In comparison to other men who do not say they are women.
