Well of course they are. If men can access women's single sex spaces, then women's rights to these spaces are gone. You have to at least recognise that.

As for 'trans rights', why would there be a human right to be treated as the sex you are not? Men already have the rights to use men's spaces. There is zero need for them to impinge on women's rights here.

If it almost like a male person completely lives in a bubble where the reality of women’s rights issues simply don’t exist. Where every single person believes the male person is female, their children don’t know that they are male, and where passively accepting people’s erroneous or deliberately observing language is only ever based on the belief that that male person is a female. And the male person has never done anything that would cause those people to assume that he wants female language used for him.

Wilful ignorance - it's the only way they can exist and justify their actions.

Yes. No men in single sex spaces for women. We don't know which men are the bad ones but ones who start from a position of lying are certainly not top if the good men list.

It is a great opportunity for lurkers to see just how some of these male people build their subjective reality. If you cut arguements into portions.it is harder to read a full explanation and therefore people only focus on short portions

YES! Hence the majority of female people answer the polling questions very clearly supporting the exclusion of all male people from female single sex provisions.

It really isn’t that hard and even more so for a male poster who have been on the board long enough to have established an accurate answer earlier on in posting. Over the next few years, the support for excluding all male people above about 8 yrs old will just keep growing.

Why? Because male people are not female people, no matter how much they desperately wish it was true. No matter how many people mistake them as female. No matter how long ago they have transitioned. No matter what a kind person they are.

Mmm. I suspect any ‘reasonable’ position is performative or is based on a very limited data set.

Didn’t those polls show the exact opposite just a few years ago? It’s almost like a targeted campaign to remove trans rights has worked.

Nah I don’t think so. It’s more likely the explosion of disproportionate negative articles in the media. There were 17,000 trans-related articles published over a five year period. That is massively disproportionate and clearly explains why the polls changed so quickly.

Of which probably 95% were pro-trans, you prannet. Did you really fail to notice how biased in your favour the media have been until really recently?

They are male - why should women be expected to share spaces with them - whether that’s for privacy or dignity (toilets, changing rooms, DV shelters, counselling, prisons etc) or fairness (sports)?

No. Those polls did not.

As soon as it’s revealed that the vast majority of trans identified males are intact, then the public quite rightly say they have no place in women’s single sex spaces.

The press have completely manufactured this debate.

Women do not owe men their single sex spaces. You have your own spaces.
