Obviously one must suspect Dorgan was inspired by the Tumbler ridge killer these type of evil men imitate each other.

I think the mention of Dr Bowdler was made to point out that some areas of the press are being unusually prim in their writing about these men in order to stop 'scandalous' information being published and therefore imputations being made by the public about trans-identifying men. These journalists seem to want to assist in maintaining the most victimised/marginalised population image that has been claimed for years.

Earlier the genderwoo-friendly Metro reported the shooter as "turning the gun on themselves". This morning they deadnamed the killer, and avoided pronouns by saying "had used the name Roberta Esposito since transitioning". They seem notably squeamish about she/her on this particular occasion, for some reason...

It’s interesting how the country of origin has affected coverage. The female US Sherriff had good language - i thought - in the press conference saying the “birth name” and the “alias” in the presentation . And also that this “didn’t seem to have anything to do with the investigation at this time”. In doing so she seemed to give (some) press outlets the ability to report her words rather than fully obfuscate. Obviously thats with Trump at the top providing air cover for the truth (how ironic!). In Canada no such protection so everyone still scrambling and talking nonsense

I don't understand why his employer didn't have a word with him about his unsuitable dressing at work (stiletto heels and mini skirts are not appropriate dress for most jobs but most definitely not for manual work at a shipyard).
