Obviously one must suspect Dorgan was inspired by the Tumbler ridge killer these type of evil men imitate each other.

And he had go so far as to have surgery. I thought you had to go through quite a serious amount of assessments for that.

In Rhode Island it is apparently fairly easy . The state's laws require insurers to provide "gender affirming surgery" and state Medicaid will pay for surgery on those who are eligible. So it's available pretty much on demand.

So the rigorous assessment is:
What are your pronouns?
Who's paying, your or your health insurance?
Great, can we pencil the pre-op in for next Monday and the surgery could be Tuesday if that works for you?

SSRIs eg Zoloft. Side effects can include agitation, anxiety, panic attacks, irritability, hostility, impulsivity and mania.

Testosterone suppressors eg Spironolactone. Side effects can include mental confusion.

Estrogen eg Depo estradiol. Side effects can include mental depression, mood disturbances, and irritability.

So the drug cocktails may make them more violent rather than less.

Tbf i would not judge on that.

Once you become a suspect you are providing evidence which will be used against you and your best option in a case like that is to stop talking except via legal.

Plus once you are a joint suspect your best defense is SODDI (Some Other Dude Did It) as you are looking to muddy the jury guilty vote with doubt (dingo baby case)

The Guardian covered this story and left out the fact that he was a TIM - also no photo of the big burly truck driver with a Harley Davidson, long hair, mini halter-neck dress and big Nazi tattoos - so feminine - I wonder why?

It's almost as if encouraging men to lean into their fetishes causes more problems, not less.

It's going to get harder and harder to deny the reality that many of these men have an obvious porn addiction.
