The council assured her that “they have had no ‘incidents’”, she says. “But, of course, every time a woman or girl is watched by a man when she is undressing, or is alarmed at seeing a man in the female changing room, that is, in fact, an incident.

She articulates this well, but it's no good is it because they don't care and won't listen.

It also further highlights what a bullshit argument it was in the Peggie judgment to say that it's totally fine to allow men into women's spaces unless and until a woman complains. There is never any acceptable way to complain, it always results in the woman being punished for the act of complaining.

Phillipson has betrayed women on this. If anybody should be facing professional consequences, it is her.

I googled her name and it's been reported in a few newspapers, not the Guardian afaiaa. That the Council criticised her for misgendering and relying on those utterly discredited figures from the census!

I saw the below comment on a post chronicling the insanity of this time period and found it very apt:

In the behavior model, an agent forces an unwanted burden on a host without reciprocal benefit. If resistance or rejection is encountered, harsh punishment is the result. In broods invaded by the cuckoo, the foreign egg burden hatches, pushes out the other chicks to die, consuming a majority of attention and food.

For the cowbird, egg rejection causes attack on the host and host nest, part of “Mafia Theory” in predatory parasitism.

I hope she takes them to court. I would donate.

I must say, if I was in the area, I’d be quite tempted to try it out.

That’s what Woman Friday did at the Hampstead Heath Ponds. Men were (still are) being allowed to self-identify into the Women’s Pond, so women self-identified into the Men’s Pond.

The police were called and they were removed from the pond.

She sounds brilliant. Very articulate and spot on with her interpretations. She would make a great witness in court. Good to see her making a public fuss and refusing to back down.

Reading this made me so angry, as well as full of admiration for the banned gym user. The guy was filming while other women were wearing just towels? And she’s the one who gets banned?!!

I am honestly so sick of this. I think every man who supports this ideology should arrange for an operation to have their genitals removed, because that is precisely what they would put vulnerable children through. And every woman who supports it should agree to hand over footage of themselves changing out of swimming clothes or on a toilet to trans rights activists, and take it on trust it won’t end up on social media, because that is the very least of what they would put other women and girls through. Because what kind of evil person would support experimental medical treatments on kids and the breakdown of safeguarding barriers without being prepared to go there themselves first?

And yes, if she sues these local authority thugs I will absolutely be gardening in support. I think she should sue the government too. Phillipson’s fudging is putting women and girls at risk.

What is Phillipson playing at? Why isn’t there more pressure being put on her to act?

Good woman for sticking to her guns. Utterly sick of hearing about this absolute nonsense. And of course it’s the tip of the iceberg because most women put up with the discomfort, especially when other women are present who are ‘cool’ about it and ‘don’t mind’ and we only rarely hear about the feelings of those who do mind. I hope she does take this further.
