Talking of the military, does anyone remember a documentary about young women doing an officer training course? It was a brilliant exposition of the British class system, & I'd love to see it again but I haven't found it yet.

Aaaages ago there was a TV documentary about the army prison in...Colchester is it?
One of the 'inmates' was a very young woman soldier. She was being shouted at by a military policeman chap from Central Casting, bristly moustache, peak of cap pointed down so you could hardly see his eyes at all, giving her the usual 'You 'orrible little worm of a person' dressing down.

She had her back to the camera, and you could seen her shoulders begin to go up and down and I thought 'Oh great, she's crying, he's going to love that!😒'

Then I realised she was laughing at him! A complete and uncontrollable fit of the giggles at this silly-looking man wearing a silly-looking cap that must surely be blocking his vision, shouting inanities at her. It completely undermined him.
She kept apologising, and trying to keep a straight face, but as soon as he started the 'orrible little person' business, she was off again.

It was one of the funniest things I've ever seen😂
The fact that it was all caught on camera made it better still - I wonder if he ever recovered his hard man image?
And would a young man dissolve into giggles like that in a similar situation?
