I rather fancy a big bowl of French onion soup, with a big, melty Gruyère crouton on top. Autocarrot didn’t like melty, and wanted to say meaty instead - I had to be firm. Yet another instance of AI not being as good real, human intelligence, I feel.

I have finally made a start on knitting Parsley the Lion for dh - the body is done, and I just need to do the head, front legs, mane and tail - he is off to London twice next week, so I should get some good stretches of Stealth Knitting time while he's away. I do appear to have vastly overestimated the amount of yellow yarn I need - I might see if I can use the leftovers to knit a big bee, for my DIL, who loves bees.🐝

@Boiledbeetle I was not expecting that! I was thinking they'd be something to add to the hot chocolate! No one would notice if I smuggle one in, to replace the support quokka, would they? They're going to catch their death of cold outside tonight!
