NHS Fife tries to silence nurse

So as has been mentioned on threads about the Darlington nurses a nurse is sueing NHS Fife over its trans staff policy.
The poor nurse was forced to get changed infront of a man in the female changing facilities, when she complained about it she was 1st told to change in a cupboard if she didn't like it, then they tried to bully her into swapping shifts so she didn't work with the man in question (she wouldn't), then they wanted her to move hospital (again she refused) so then they suspended her without pay for months until her solicitor got involved and now they are trying to gag her by insisting that the court case (starts in February) must be held in secret (I wonder why) and will be in crt next month asking to restrict reporting on the case.

This case is really important in Scotland because the trans staff policy that's going on trial in this case is the Scottish government's own policy used in all public sector organisations in Scotland and works on self id. So when this case is won it will finally kill the Scottish government's self id policy in all public bodies

I'm sick of 'micro aggressions'. Surely there are enough children suffering massive great big criminal aggressions in this country who do not get justice for us to just expect employed people in well-paid, publicly funded, responsible jobs to just be a bit more fucking resilient?

The point about boundaries applies to dementia patients too (and any patient lacking capacity even temporarily).

The ‘therapist’ is either an activist too or is in a bind - fear of being reported to the captured BACP. Given the lack of professionalism, I suspect the former.

The hospital aren't very happy about that. Perhaps they think Upton won't do their case any good.

I should think that even the judge, who seems to be unable to differentiate between the two sexes may have a scales falling from the eyes moment, if he's cross examined by the redoutable Ms. Cunningham.

The hospital evidently DO know, despite their ridiculous position of giving everything to Upton and abusively "disciplining" Ms. Peggie, after abusively telling her to put up, or piss off.

There is zero chance a male who has been "transitioning" since 2022 passed as a woman when these incidents happened, or now.

As everyone else is noting, how dare a privileged man, forcing himself into the presence of unconsenting, disrobing women bleat on about micro aggressions. Whether as a minor hassle or a major one.

I hope Naomi Cunningham eviscerates his testimony.

Think the tribunal need to go to Specsavers if that is the dude who is one of the respondents in connection with the dreadful treatment of Sandie Peggie.

They say they are BACP registered but I can’t find them.

I'm glad the preliminary hearing pointed out the therapist's lack of professionalism and impartiality.

So just some people get to be affirmed and included then - what about all the other protected characteristics? Why are these people deemed fit to run training?

Also, does anyone else at all get to be 'affirmed'? So far no one has affirmed my inner identity as a millionaire, more's the pity.

The idea that courts can legitimately put pressure on people to lie under oath is absolutely absurd. I would like someone to make that point very forcibly to a judge.

Especially when Ms Peggie is alleging to have been the victim of sexual harassment by this male person.

Yes, he did and I’m very glad he did, but I’ve read on TwiX quite a few triumphant stories from males claiming womanhood stating that they got Bannatyne staff to let them into the women’s facilities. On a few occasions Bannatyne was made aware of this having happened and said he would address it with the particular branch where it happened. But it feels like he’s playing whack-a-mole with these males because they don’t respect the rules of his establishments, and they want to get one over on him, so they keep going where they’re explicitly not allowed.

Women’s boundaries are a challenge to some males.

The same thing happened with the toilets at the US Congress building.
