Employment Tribunal Case to Protect Single-Sex Facilities at Work

Dear Mumsnet Members,

I have issued an employment tribunal complaint against NHS England to protect single-sex facilities at work.

A preliminary hearing will be held in early October 2024. I would be very grateful for some urgent gardening support at CrowdJustice. I won't add a link here as it is against Mumsnet rules.

It would be interesting to hear other people's views on legislation around single-sex facilities at WORK. However, I won't be commenting much on this public forum whilst the case is on-going.

Yours faithfully,
Faye Russell-Caldicott / FayeRC

Have others clocked how these kinds of staff policies apply to 16-17-year-old apprentices, too? It means that a minor might find themselves showering in the same space with a recently 'socially transitioned' adult male and there is nothing the minor can do about it. Madness.

These policies appear to be successfully "de criminalising" the crimes of indecent exposure and voyeurism against women.

We need one of the numerous changing room / toilet incidents to be reported to the police with public scrutiny as to whether they're a Stonewall captured force believing in the lady penis or a responsible force aware of sexual VAWG. It then needs to go to the courts depending on whether the trans captured CPS follows the law of the land or the Stonewall version that they've been quietly trying to impose on society. (remembering their disgraceful "trans guidelines" they tried to impose on schools until they withdrew them rather than face scrutiny in a judicial review).

Gardened. Looks to me as though protecting single-sex spaces is the next major push, after stopping people being sacked for GC views which (fingers crossed) seems to be almost established now. Good luck!

AmaryllisNightAndDay · 12/01/2025 15:44

Planted some seeds for January. Good luck.

FayeRC · 16/01/2025 07:55

Thank you both. More mangetouts and sharing needed to fully cover the next stage, which is another preliminary hearing in Feb.

I have a copy on an old laptop of mine that I downloaded in about 2017.

That's great. I just kept the link which of course was eradicated as the embarrassing evidence of the CPS's complicity with queer theory fanaticism was exposed.
It was a chilling example of the levels of power extreme transactivism has - especially when you consider that the CPS is supposedly free from political influence and dispenses "impartial" justice. Also speaks to why they're so hopeless at prosecuting VAWG with these misogynists deeply embedded in the service.

Dear all,

The next stage is to prepare for the second preliminary hearing scheduled in February 2025. The second hearing will handle remaining case management issues and anonymity application. So far, I have been campaigning under a pseudonym.

Since the first preliminary hearing last Autumn, the Respondent has asked a lot of additional questions about the impact my PTSD has on my day-to-day life. I have submitted five pages of answers in addition to the five pages that they already had in the original Disability Impact Statement. We are now waiting to hear the Respondent to either admit or deny my disability status because of PTSD.

I would be forever grateful for your support to cover the legal costs of the next stage. More importantly, I'd be grateful, if you shared my story with your connections again. Please search for my name at CrowdJustice.com as Mumsnet does not allow OPs posting links.

Thank you,
Faye Russell-Caldicott

When can we expect the supreme court decision on the definition of a woman? Might be helpful for my case but just thinking about timelines...

In the meantime my CrowdJustice still needs carrots. Let's make those single-sex facilities ours again!
