It's a damn sight quicker & less messy than painting. But you don't need to buy any lovely paints & brushes (& pastels?), so swings & roundabouts.

Thank you @Bannedontherun . You have some talent there...that's a proper range of subject matter. My favourite is the green canal one- that really speaks to me. I'd definitely have that on my wall.
