My cats also seem to always somehow get first dibs on Amazon vouchers. I'm fed up of spending my vouchers on dry food, filters for the cat fountain, and other miscellaneous cat stuff. Sigh.

Pumpkin seeds + nail varnish + dab of gold paint. If they make iridescent nail polish, I reckon 100% vegan-no-coleopteroids-were-harmed beetle wings are possible

But don't coat all your pumpkin seeds with paint and varnish, save some to give your porridge bread some crunch.

I flew with Loganair last week and thought of Boiledbeetle when they came round with the complimentary Tunnocks

It was only a short flight, Newquay to Manchester. There was the option of a caramel wafer or shortbread so I had the shortbread. My 9 year old was age checked when she asked for a cup of tea. Was nice to have free drinks and biscuit on such a short flight.

They do indeed make iridescent & even holographic nail polish. I myself am wearing a subtle holographic one today. I want it to be MASSIVELY more holographic, though. I have a very trashy soul.

I also have some iridescent/two-tone acrylic paints.

The gorgeousness is out there if you look in the right places.
