There's other PCs missing (pregnancy and maternity) and they've transformed gender reassignment into transgender identity as well as omitting the latter crucial bit of "religion or belief".

The characteristics covered are:

Age
Disability
Medical condition
Religion
Sexual orientation
Transgender
DSD

Interestingly, it looks like both the groups pictured here would be covered as cross dressing is specifically included.

Age was in the quote you used in your post but sex wasn't (and we know sex isn't included in the law because erm reasons).
I would absolutely report police Scotland if the law includes age but their ability to report doesn't.

I've just watched Jonathan Pie's rant and he pointed out something I'd not noticed.

By stating in the new law that it was white males that were more likely to be hateful, they are directing (insert whatever distressing feeling required) towards a group on account of their race.

So breaking their own law.
