Roz Adams was employed by Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre (ERCC) as a counsellor. She is claiming constructive dismissal for Gener Critical (GC) beliefs. The CEO of ERCC is a well known transwoman known for, among other things, controversial "reframe your trauma" remarks.

So, not as taxing as filling a form in, but actually filling a form in!

Ooh such a horrible, traumatic, long, soul destroying process for them to have to go through to ensure access to women in rape crisis centres.

There’s a special kind of evilness that picks on women (the biological kind) who have been raped. So many undercurrents of darkness to deliberately target traumatised women who very likely are in no fit state to advocate for themselves. Just why, out of all the work you could choose to do, would you choose this specific work when you don’t believe in biology? It speaks volumes. Then, a lot of evidence finds the culture of an organisation is heavily shaped by its leadership.

I wonder what he thinks about this, personally?

Its not finished yet, but I cannot see how the tribunal can find, in any way shape or form, that Roz wasn't discriminated against.

Indeed, many. The double-rapist Adam Graham for a start, masquerading as a woman Isla Bryson, who successfully gained access to a women's prison by claiming during his trial that was now a woman, enabled by Sturgeon's attempt to ram through the GRR. I could go on.

I think the logic will be as batshit as gender ideology itself if the tribunal doesn't go in her favour...

I have had such a busy day catching up on TT and the threads on this case. I have to say I’ve laughed out loud at some of the comments.

I have to say you can almost feel the joy of revenge from the judge who wrote that after having to sit through hours of utter bullshit and word salad.
