There are non-binary people there, including those you would call men. So, not just women, even by your standards.

It doesn't say women or men though does it, it says male or non male. Completely different. Even if someone has a non binary gender identity, they are still either male or female.

But males who identify as women or as non-binary are still 'male'. Does it also include females who identify as men, I wonder, but who realise that that they are not 'male'?

Along with the cutesy term 'folk', TW are now referring to themselves as 'female' in a totalmdenial of biological sex. 'Woman' is supposed to be the gender identity, not 'female'.

I'm not sure why this is so confusing to you. It includes people you would call men - AMAB non-binary people and trans women. Would you describe them as women? I understand your desperate need to say you are being erased, but you can't have it both ways.

The issue is that they are now moving on from claiming 'womanhood'- to actually claiming they are female......Sex and gender, even for gender theorists, are two separate categories.

You have to be male to be a transwoman by definition. You cannot be a transwoman if you are female.

I think the gender ideologues have realised that people have now sussed out that woman and female are distinct categories ( and that males, even those that identify as women can be excluded from female sports categories and provisions) -and they are trying to claim new ground
