Because it is not acceptable to label women and girls as non-male. I would hazard a guess in that even in science that non-male term would be rejected in humans.

Non-binary people and trans people remain the sex they were born. This ad used offensive language and it could have used clearer additive language. Again, there were far more options than your over simplified limitations.

The ad should have specified females and all trans / non-binary people - assuming they mean females (regardless of any gender ID) and males (but only those in the TQ+ community). Basically it covers everyone except male people who don’t identify as trans / NB.

Mate, you're entitled to your beliefs, including your misogyny. You're not entitled to require others to validate them.

You've stated your beliefs. Mine are that all humans are either male or female, this is a fixed state that never changes, and it's possible for the very small proportion of people who choose gender beliefs and ideologies to have their needs met and be included in society without dehumanising and stomping all over women. And that when they do, this is a choice and not a necessity.

The Green Party started with the "Non-men" rubbish back in 2015 or so, at their Party Conference.

I have never voted Green since at any level (council, national, EU when we could). And I'm in an area where the Greens could have a significant voice in local government.

its blatant that if you include non binary people without a qualifier about their sex you will end up with men included and no opportunities for the women who don’t ID as women.

presumably Transmen are not invited. So despite they’ve grown up as girls dealing with the same barriers other girls face, they don’t get included (denied opportunity). Yet they don’t get prioritised along with male djs, so lose out there too.
