Influential people who have children who are trans

I have been wondering why some prominent individuals have taken the positions they have. Would it be useful to compile a list of those in positions of power or influence i.e. politicians, journalists etc. who are themselves influenced or constrained by their children or other family members' gender identity when they comment on issues with bearing on women's rights?

I have no links to confirm this, but I recall that both Emily Thornberry MP and Jolyon Maughan KC have trans identified relatives.

Sade has a XX daughter now called Izaak. Izaak is a young adult now and has had surgery.

Cynthia Nixon (Sex in the City) also has an XX daughter now called Samuel Joseph (known as Steph) who has graduated college.

Charlize Theron said in 2019 that her THREE YEAR OLD had let Charlize know he/she was trans. Due to privacy it’s unclear which child this refers to.

Annette Bening and Warren Beatty have an XX daughter now in her 30s who identifies as trans and is called Stephen.

R. Kelly and Drea Kelly have a XX daughter who identified as trans at 13. Now Called Jaah. You have to wonder if having a predator father who focused on teen girls who he raped and imprisoned, had an influence on his daughter deciding she “never felt like a girl” and who rejected her female body.

Ally Sheedy (The Breakfast Club) has a XX daughter now identifying as male and called Beckett.

Dwayne Wade and Gabrielle Union have an XY son who began in transition in middle school, now called Zaya.

Of course we have Cher and XX daughter Chaz.

Angelia Jolie and Brad Pitt seem to have a daughter we would’ve called a Tomboy not long ago but now gets an “honorable mention” as possibly trans.

Several of the transgender children of celebrities are adopted (Jean Smart, Charlize Theron, Jamie Lee Curtis) I wonder if thats a factor for feeling like you don't fit in.

Also several of the daughters of women on Real Housewives (Heather Dubrow, Alexis Bellino, Cindy Barshop) are trans.

Brad Pitt & Angelina’s daughter is not trans! It all came from them saying when she was young she wanted to be a boy like her brothers. But Angelina refers to her as her daughter, a sister etc and said the media got carried away and she was never trans.

Interesting how many there are. I wonder if creative media parents are more likely to have a trans child than, say, scientists or elite athletes

Interesting thought. My dc's dad is a scientist and they grew up understanding about dna, they both are adults and know than biology isn't the same as personality and it's fine to like "boy things" do a "man's job" and wear masculine clothing AND be a woman. One of them is breaking (very outing) gender stereotypes yet knows it's fine to be a woman. One is bi/pan and is comfortable with that
