This is the man that was over listening to the extreme trans rights activists? Wasn't he there trying to work out what both sides were saying? It is absolutely right that he has been fined. But I think that this too is really quite important to note:

Since you are here, @Graysmouse why DO pro trans protestors constantly turn up at GC feminist/LGB events?

We don’t organise a GC presence at Trans Pride or pro trans political protests (eg the ones currently taking place re: blocking of GRR) - we organise our own events or stage interventions at events that are supposed to include us (eg lesbians at gay pride).

Why can’t we have an open mic speakers event or a Lesbian Strength march without transactivists turning up to hurl verbal abuse? We’d never do the same at a specific Trans Pride event - why such an imbalance?

This was a man who reacted directly to a person calling him a fascist through a megaphone which then caused, from reading the three articles, others to shout that he was a fascist and other abuse. The man then seems to have assaulted the person bullying him and causing the crowd to bully him. The man at the time was over supporting the extreme trans activists still.

The people yelling that he was a fascist were extreme trans activists who were abusing women and two even screamed fascist at a baby.

Let's keep track on who did what and who supported who when the 'what' happened. Because it seems that a poster wishes to make some other point.
