She has just tweeted that she is appealing the decision to dismiss her claim against Stonewall in her recent case.

No news on if a garden is needed to be seeded though!

It flew into my house a few weeks ago, I managed a rescue. We normally get hedge sparrow fledglings, which don't seem to be upset by being rescued.

Yes a while ago. I think it was in the region of £25k.

It would be strange if the judgements / rulings were to contradict each other.

Although - enlightening about what a mess it has all become. But I'll keep digging for appeal after appeal.
