This teacher would normally fall foul of our dress code (we've been told the expectation is to dress as if we were interviewing for our job...some colleagues may have suggested lying on a gurney but breathing enthusiastically).

The very fact that people could even consider it being authentic, whether it is or not, tells us how far down the rabbit hole we are.

No - all they wanted was to get on with their lives the way the rest of us do - just quietly living in a way that helped them feel comfortable with themselves , and certainly not drawing attention to themselves in any way. Most people were happy to accommodate that. The one's I met in the course of my work were just ordinary, nice, and actually gentle, people. None of this aggression and abusiveness which I associate with the demands of the TRAs.

I know @marvellousmaple - they are aggressively repulsive - it's almost as thought they were making a thing of it deliberately. "It doesn't matter how foul I am - I'm a woman and you just have to lump it! Maybe they hate women so much that they do it intentionally.
