The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal
select the video and mic that are not crossed out, this is the courts vid and mic.
On the next page select NONE on the drop down windows for vid and mic, these are your own video and mic.

You must be muted so as to not disturb the hearing.

No it's working. Make sure you don't cross out the camera or mic icon when you go in or you won't get video or sound.

I'm the drop down connect box don't select any of those options. Just connect and you can mute your own mic and camera at the next stage.

So AK has switched from She/her pronouns to God fearing Christian in the log in name. What a child.

I have a relative who is a solicitor and they have been doing virtual court for ages now, this behaviour (not being able to use technology) just wouldn't wash

Oh, I don't suppose anyone actually believed Stephen Lue's conveniently timed technical ineptitude was genuine.

There are about three AKs - the she/her one, the god-fearing atheist and alhumdil'ullah (sp?). Whilst slightly amusing, it's slightly childish and risks pissing off the judge more. Oh, also a Jedi one I think.

I've reported it to the clerk.

It's annoying that the busy-in-the-chat observer AK (She/Her) now has a number of similarly-named tribute observers, many of whom have been busy in the chat.

AH has got some nerve getting arsey with Allison given Lue's faffing. (Am posting a bit more than usual to fill this thread up a bit as checking two threads atm!)

I've emailed the clerk about it. I assumed it was all one person but hopefully the judge will stamp it out.

This is a court of law if you're reading this. You are behaving like spoilt little children.

I'm not signed in and am relying on these threads to keep me up to speed. Thank you for all the updates!

Thanks Crazylazydayz, two threads running in parallel has been driving me up the wall.

Me too. Have been trying to fill this one up by posting inanely (hopefully more so than usual)
