Isn't it astounding how the Guardian purposely left the most famous person born on 31st July out of their birthday mentions so they wouldn't have to print her name?

I'm not either, you can click through from the Twitter link to the guardian page which has the form. I'm not sure adding tweets counts even.

Yes you have to vote via the guardian link. But you can set up a new email address for things like this if you are concerned about giving out personal details.
