So I am posting it again with no comment

OP posts:
CeratopsofthePharoahs · 11/10/2021 15:41

I'm not going to comment either as I don't want to be deleted.

Imnobody4 · 11/10/2021 15:45

No comment necessary - it speaks for itself.

peachescariad · 11/10/2021 15:45

Enjoyed reading the the comments on that article....

titchy · 11/10/2021 15:46

Very interesting. Maybe the good law project could tackle waiting lists for MH services next?

TheQueef · 11/10/2021 15:46

I've nothing to say either.

Blessex · 11/10/2021 15:48

No nothing niente nada

Leafstamp · 11/10/2021 15:50

The shaking of my head says it all.

GrandmaMazur · 11/10/2021 15:53

Did MN give a reason for delete the thread?

Bonsaibreaker · 11/10/2021 15:53

What would happen if everyone who has waited for any treatment past the "promise date" sued?

GrandmaMazur · 11/10/2021 15:53

deleting

Whitefire · 11/10/2021 15:54

I was able to access the OP after the thread was deleted, I think it was a case of misgendering.

BlueSlate · 11/10/2021 15:55

🤐

It'd be good for lawyers?
Bonsaibreaker · 11/10/2021 15:57

It'd be good for lawyers?

Very true.

Dinosauria · 11/10/2021 15:57

Zipped

WhoNeedsaLammyInTheWorld · 11/10/2021 15:58

We need proper research. Why should the NHS fund treatment that is not proven and/or potentially harmful

DdraigGoch · 11/10/2021 15:59

@GrandmaMazur

Did MN give a reason for delete the thread?
They just said that the OP broke Talk Guidelines. Possibly because it contained pronouns which matched biological sex.
JacquelineCarlyle · 11/10/2021 15:59

I really loathe it when people sue the NHS. I very much appreciate that it needs to be held to account and there are occasions when suing is appropriate but this definitely isn't one of them.

Flapjak · 11/10/2021 16:00

If its not a medical condition, or diagnosed gender dysphoria then surgery shouldnt be available on the NHS.

TheQueef · 11/10/2021 16:00

I read a thread like that and then see the article linked above.
Breathtaking arrogance doesn't cover it.

DdraigGoch · 11/10/2021 16:01

Someone on the other thread linked an earlier Daily Mail article and noted that (unlike the OP's link) all the comments were positive. Given that only five comments are on the article (pretty odd for any online paper, never mind the DM) I reckon that some heavy pruning went on.

PickAChew · 11/10/2021 16:02

I sure my mum who is waiting for a heart procedure would have plenty to say.

JellySaurus · 11/10/2021 16:03

I’m asking for what we are entitled to, what everybody else already has and has had for many years.

Gotta parse that sentence carefully.

Hoardasurass · 11/10/2021 16:05

Hmm I've had my surgery cancelled 3 times after having waited 2.5 years and have now been told that I need another scan before I can have my surgery (due to the length of time) so another 6-9 months for the scan and then back onto the surgical waiting list (which is growing daily) and this is normal for orthopaedic surgery round here, I wonder if the glp would represent meGrin

QueeniesCroft · 11/10/2021 16:07

I genuinely have nothing to say. The words just won't form...
