OMG. That was something I was worried about a while ago. That rapes carried out by a person with a penis are not recorded as having been rapes carried out by women.

Then the statistics will be used as proof that women are violent too

I don't understand how twisted you have to be to speak up in defence of rapists. That takes a peculiar brand of mental gymnastics.

Surely if a transwoman rapes a woman then it should go down as a male on female rape. Maybe this is time for some of that language that reduces people to their sex organs: "was the rape committed by a penis owner?" Would cover it.

Same for murders. Why should a violent transwoman become a stat for female ("vagina owning") murderers?

She is complaining about a petition to be discussed in Scottish Parliament tomorrow. The petition asks for rapists to be charged under their sex and not their gender identity. It is transphobic in her opinion. Unfortunately Twitter doesn't agree and she is being slammed in the replies. I wonder why?

No. If you read what I have written, I say that an abhorrent person should be punished for their bad acts, but that should not entail removing their human rights.

It's the same principle as saying that torture is ok, so long as it's done on terrorists. Torture is NEVER ok!

On the one hand trans rapists should be processed as FEMALE all through the justice system. Even if no GRC?! IE self ID.

Current popular view is that only cis men rape etc. It's not ever TW. Because self ID somehow reduces the male pattern behaviour and risk immediately to same as vagina people. By magic I assume.
If a person who has self ID as TW rapes they are by definition not trans. Irrespective of when this gender ID is revealed?
Therefore no TW would ever be convicted of a sex offence. So this prison issue is never going to arise.

Imaging being so determined to remove female legal protections and safe spaces that you need the crimes of male sex offenders to be recorded as being committed by women in order to hide the truth that these males commit sex offences at the same rate as the rest of their sex class.

Women wanted accurate stats about offences esp sex offences. Is a despicable leveraging of rape etc and it's nothing to do with any of them caring about rape victims at all. It's not even about rape but something about all trans people being treated awfully about everything.

As far as we can tell with the shit stats, the rape figures are indeed skewed. So a conscious lie, or just this must be the case if I deem it so....
