Fear or discomfort has led to people not supporting LH, apparently. People are just people, too. PROFOUND I tell you, profound.

Also, LH is speaking so carefully trying to make LH's voice not as deep.

Far be it from me to say anything about the sponsor logo on Hubbard’s shirt (on the left of the picture) , not least because using that word in these parts gets you a strike…

But I think a lot of people will watching it.

The emotions I feel watching that aren’t fear or discomfort- it’s white hot rage at the wilful destruction of women’s sports and the displacement of talented women to make way for mediocre male bodies. I’m perfectly comfortable with those feelings.

Why can't I go to the Olympics to be myself?

I have competed at European level at an amateur sport - came third in my age catagory. But frankly, I have always felt like a kid. In my heart I am still 12.

So why can't I be my true self and compete with the children?

Wow Rabbitwoman! What sport was it ? 3rd in your age group is impressive. I was listening to a runner who won her heat but was last or second last in the final. But as she said ' I've won a race at the Olympic Games , it's a great feeling '. As a non sporty type I think it's amazing to qualify for the games. Another reason it's so unfair on women who miss out because of the 🚆

Why thank you, I was very proud of myself and my achievement..... It was a form of kickboxing.

And doing such a full on contact sport I am very very aware of how much stronger men are than women. I train and spar with men - and boys - all the time. We also practise self defense techniques.

I think if EVERYONE did it they would be very frightened by the huge difference in strength between females and males - even young boys, not fully grown, are much stronger than I am.

But my pals all think I am some sort of Black Widow super hero because they watch marvel films where the tiny little lady in lycra beats up the bad guys without breaking a sweat.

That 'no thank you' was very pointed and powerful.

You could argue that the no thank you was to Hubbard full stop.
