Oddly enough, that was exactly the recipe. Not quite homeopathic quantities of broccoli - but it was @ 160g of grated cheese for 2 toasties.

I made one for DH as we had some roast broccoli. I stuck to a something that a Thai friend used to make - it involved chili crisp and pork floss in her case but I had a vegetarian version (the way you end up with these random ingredients at times).

Everyone else's was straightforward. Except there was no Branston's after the camel's intervention.

Aww, as an eldest sister who was desperately, earnestly, fervently into various hopeless causes as a teen, I do feel for your DD1. I recall doing a pub collection for orang-utans once, it was quite surreal. I guess it's good that she is sticking up for her beliefs, mistaken as they may be.

What do orang-utans drink in pubs, BTW? orang-squash?
