Yup. Am reading! Made a long-ish post on the other thread which vanished overnight.
The injunction is a complete joke. I guarantee it'll be the same as that served on Bronwen Dickenson (since denied) and it has a clause saying something like:
- No mention of Hayden implicitly or explicitly anywhere on-line.
This has led to the ridiculous situation of a friend of mine explaining to the court that she did not liken Hayden to a pork pie after they interpreted something as being about them in their paranoia (not to mention obsessive cyberstalking).
They tried to serve the same injunction on ME for merely knowing about it, and threatened to serve it personally after notifying Yorks Police they were en route. This is how someone who apparently feels harassed behaves: namely, to try and find a pretext for turning up at your house.
Nothing is happening with my case for a few months, so that'll be a few more months of being abused by proxy, including having my wife's death weaponized. The only victims here are those being sued and aggressively hounded and NOT the claimant.
