Blaming the Government and Judges for failing to address the gaps in legislation.

Whole thing is a mess. Gender identity is totally incompatible with the reality of sex. I'm not comfortable sharing small spaces where I'm vulnerable with people of the same ''gender'' as me. I want to share with people of the same sex.

Yes, it was some of her writing on the original consultation that made most sense to me. Now pointing out "there is no human right to self determine, there is a right of PEOPLES to self-determine. It's an anti-colonialism measure".

This echos what Manchester Rape Crisis have asked for. No time to consult women. Proper consultation of service users of organisations that provide single sex services needs to take place.

Ah yes, according to this professor, it's only a legal contract and has no meaning or significance; a legal contract has no weight; there's no obligation or requirement following from entering it.

He's never heard of breach of contract or repudiation of contract and he's never heard of contract law that occupies so much of our courts in lawsuits for breach of contract or enforcement of contractual obligations.

Well done to Kathleen for mentioning Dentons and stealth tactics for introducing Self-ID in Ireland. How much do women there actually know about what it means? Has anyone asked them? Is anyone keeping track of incidents they may be experiencing. Also Rosa for picking up the point that these (Ireland, Malta etc) aren't countries with a great track record on women's rights.
