Leeds City Council “opening a second managed prostitution zone” in East Leeds

According to Julie Bindel on Twitter, a Labour councillor has confirmed the rumours. Apparently its because the independent review was so positive and will take some heat off Holbeck if the trade can dilute to another zone as well!!!

I did quite some time ago, and the names matched but I couldn't get photos to prove it was the same person. Can't even remember the name now, but there was a police officer with the same name as the alleged owner of Winston's.
I think the name I found matched with a London address, but the knocking shop is registered to withernsea and other anomalies came up and sat the time I decided to quit before I gave myself a headache.
