You see lots of American arguments thrown around in UK debate - vegans talking about hormones and stuff that doesn’t apply to British farming methods, BLM people saying ‘defund the police’ not recognising that U.K. policing is traditionally by consent unlike the US, trans murder stats that aren’t replicated here and so on.
