Ok, so I'm going to lay my cards on the table from the start... I'm a 25yr old guy

I promise I'm not some men's rights moron. I realise that almost all of society is institutionaly wieghted against women and (despite the single sex catholic school I went to), I'm part of the problem

But I take real issue with the concept whereby it's ok for a woman to hit me.
The justification I usually here is that men are(usually) stronger.
But I'm skinny AF, and an 5'6
I have never hit anywone, and I don't understand why it should be acceptable from a woman

Regarding feminist attitudes toward female violence against men, I’ve always liked this Dworkin quote:

“Have you ever wondered why we aren’t in armed combat against you? It’s not as if we don’t know where the kitchen knives are. It’s because we believe in your humanity, against all evidence.”

Super weird tone in the OP. I keep wondering if a woman is being shown this thread, and whether it is what it appears to be.

So, is OP ever coming back to acknowledge that the feminists he met here are 100% against ALL violence and nobody - literally nobody - has told him he's on his own with his problem, nor that his violent partner's actions are acceptable?

I do think a huge factor in silencing men who are being hurt by their intimate partner is a concern about how they will be judged by other men!
