"Yaniv’s new complaint again targets an esthetics salon run by women of immigrant background. She Point Beauty Studio is operated by East Indian women who are adherents to the Sikh religion. Yaniv approached the studio in August 2019 and first requested a Brazilian bikini wax.

"The studio refused, stating that their services are only for women. Yaniv then requested leg waxing services. Leg waxing takes place in private with the customer in their underwear or nude from the waist down.

"She Point Beauty Studio rejected Yaniv’s request for services due to religious, cultural and safety reasons, and because the salon services are specialized to women. Yaniv filed the complaint against She Point Beauty Studio in early October 2019.

"A hearing date has not yet been set for Yaniv’s new complaint. It is anticipated it will proceed to a hearing sometime in 2020."

Yes. Theres a megan Murphy podcast with a woman called heather Mason. She talks in depth about the problems this situation is having with prisons. Including the increasing need for tougher security which could put an end to the mother and baby programs as you cant have the babies and children around guns.

Some humans are deeply unpleasant people with behaviour that frankly defy belief that a nation's court system is busy indulging, and which is ridiculous beyond all parody. Such as galloping over and assaulting someone, and then continuing to chase them down the street bellowing 'get away from me'. And talking gleefully about little girls and tampons. They shouldn't be indulged and they should be dealt with by a competent, impartial judicial system, but I'll leave rendering people subhuman to justify abuse as a political belief beloved of the TRAs. And Goebbels. And 1950s Communist Russia.

Yes, Datun. I feel the same. Canadian law makers must be very aware of this individual. They must know what's about to happen.

As for JY - they are disturbed and a menace without treatment. The push to normalise this condition has made mental health support a transphobic attack so it no longer exists.

Not only do they get to push the boundaries of the law and enjoy the teflon coating of their trans status and the fact that they know full well that the police dont want to have to make the prison decision so sill let them carry on doing this shit consequence free, should prison happen at some point its gonna be a womens prison. Someone asked JY this on Twitter and JY says JY's reason for constantly trying to book with female waxers is that JY has been sexually assaulted in the past and wouldn't feel safe with a male waxer.

Clever. He knows that names of "victims" would be confidential for safety reasons in shelters and rape crisis centres so no one, othet than possibly the police, can fact-check the claim. And the police seem keen to not get involved where he's involved.
