"Yaniv’s new complaint again targets an esthetics salon run by women of immigrant background. She Point Beauty Studio is operated by East Indian women who are adherents to the Sikh religion. Yaniv approached the studio in August 2019 and first requested a Brazilian bikini wax.

"The studio refused, stating that their services are only for women. Yaniv then requested leg waxing services. Leg waxing takes place in private with the customer in their underwear or nude from the waist down.

"She Point Beauty Studio rejected Yaniv’s request for services due to religious, cultural and safety reasons, and because the salon services are specialized to women. Yaniv filed the complaint against She Point Beauty Studio in early October 2019.

"A hearing date has not yet been set for Yaniv’s new complaint. It is anticipated it will proceed to a hearing sometime in 2020."

Isn't the definition of stupidity doing the same thing and expecting a different result?

This new case from JY is not just for leg waxing, they requested a Brazilian at the same time (seen in screenshots) and the salon owner directed JY to a salon that would be able to accommodate them. Clearly not good enough as JY wanted to force the uncomfortable woman to do it. They would probably bring a bloody sexual harassment case against her if she had actually done it.

I don't think they should be able to bring any cases to court until they've paid their previous debt and am now feeling conflicted about their potential imprisonment if they are going into a women's prison.

The videos need serious investigation and I just cannot see how a judge could not take their racist messages against female minorities into account when making a ruling. JY is dangerous and a walking advert for many of the problems people have with the proposed changes.

In the court appearance today JY tried to have a publication ban put in place for the hearing but failed. At the courthouse JY accused a journalist of taking pictures of them in the toilet (police searched the phone and there were no pictures) and accused another person of following them, when in fact there was a room move and everyone was just heading there. Police involved in each incident.

The court date is now set for early February, however upon leaving court JY attacked a journalist, appears to punch them in the stomach and follows the reporter whilst telling them to stay away.

The incident was reported to police and there are other cameras outside the courthouse so presumably the whole incident will be caught on camera and possible assault charges might follow.

The reporter says he was punched in the back of the head while held down.

I really hope that Yaniv is arrested and charged for assault. The footage is shocking.

However, Yaniv has been caught before on camera assaulting a journalist, using a mobility cane, and the police refused to take it further.

So the media couldn't write about it and it couldn't be discussed on social media for the reasons of harassment but was denied.

Next court date is Feb 10th, extension was requested by JY as they are "in between lawyers" and needed more time.

What no mobility scooter or stick? Quite a speedy mover when circumstances demand.

Why can't this person get it done (the waxing) by a bloke? Presumably there are some men who offer this service. I wouldn't know.

There will be plenty of waxing salons that would very happily wax males, females and any other interesting definitions a person may wish to apply.

The individual concerned does not want this though. They want to find some poor female who deals exclusively with other female people for their own reasons to compel behaviour against that female's will. It is evidenced that the judge in the previous case also noted motivations of gaining financial reward.

Why is JY so protected?

I don't think I've ever seen anything more illustrative of the entire "movement" than Yaniv running towards someone screaming "get away from me!" while trying to punch them. Self defense, delicate and vulnerable feminine brain style.

The police department do seem to kowtow to JY, presumably they have been properly threatened with being sued if they don't protect poor vulnerable JY. Quite ironic that one of the officers escorting them into court was a Sikh, given their recent comments.

It is a miracle that in a few days they have gone from scooter bound to being able to walk unassisted and throw a few punches. I just hope the police will act based on the evidence of JY crimes that has been given. It is astounding that they haven't already.

JY simply can't not make a scene/ text people/ tweet about what they are doing, they crave attention and then try to delete it but they've pissed off so many people now that people screenshot everything.

Unless it's because they dont want to have to send then to a womens prison? Could it be that they know the dilemma that they would face and that should he be sent to a womens prison there are children there and they very obviously can't have them around babies and children. Plus they would also have to waste limited san pro supplies on affirmative care .
