A later post says the parents have now dropped the case. Where do think that leaves things now? (I am in UK not USA but am mindful how these ideas of what is lawful and/or acceptable spread so dangerously quickly!)
My thought on reading about the case were how could anyone be prosecuted for Voyeurism if there is no expectation of "visual privacy"?
The reaction from JY is annoying but a distraction from the real issue.
@Alwayscominghome I hope this doesn't sound cheeky but having got over the initial "shock horror!" reaction to the vile JY, would you consider asking Mumsnet to change the Title of this thread to make it easier to find and avoid duplicates?
